Things to know
about your stay
When you book your vacation in Pfalzen, you will definitely receive all the information such as arrival, departure and other conditions you need for some carefree vacation days. In this way you can really relax and look forward to your stay in our Residence in the Puster Valley.
The indicated prices do not include the local tax of €2.10 (€2.50 from 01.01.2024)per person per night (from 14 years of age), which must be paid on the spot.
Our Residence apartment present in Puster Valley is considered fully reserved after receipt of a written confirmation. By signing up for this the guest agrees to the reservation conditions.
After booking, a deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement must be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid directly at the accommodation on site. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.

In case of cancellation please inform us in writing as early as possible.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
There are no cancellation fees up to 30 days prior to arrival
Of course we are trying to resell the apartment, but if it should not be possible, after this time limit we have to charge the following percentages on the complete price as cancellation fee:
- Cancellation from 4 weeks up o 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation from 15 days up tot he booked date of arrival: 80% of the total amount
- In case of no- show (no arrival), delayed arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the whole stay
Arrival
The apartments in the Dolomites Garden Chalet Kristall can be occupied from 13.00 o'clock. If the arrival is after 8 p.m., this must be communicated, otherwise the reservation expires, including the deposit.
Departure
The apartments must be vacated by 9.30 am. If you would like to keep the apartment of our Residence located in Pustertal for longer period, we charge an extra fee depending on availability.
Pets are allowed on request. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the wellness area and garden of the Residence, but they will find enough run on the large meadow between the garden and the forest. For dogs we charge €15.00 per day without food.
For the final cleaning of the apartments we charge €30.00 – €50.00 depending on the size of the apartment.
The invoice can be paid preferably in cash (up to max. €999.99) or also with debit card, Maestro card, Mastercard or Visa.
