Included in the price: electricity, heaters, hot water, laundry, Holiday Premium Pass.
Local tax: €1.75 (€2.50 from 01.01.2024) per person per night (from 14 years of age), must be paid on spot.
Deposit: €150.00 by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation conditions: 100% of the booked arrangement in the event of late arrival or early departure.
In case of cancellation please inform us in writing as early as possible.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
There are no cancellation fees up to 30 days prior to arrival
Of course we are trying to resell the apartment, but if it should not be possible, after this time limit we have to charge the following percentages on the complete price as cancellation fee:
- Cancellation from 4 weeks up o 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- Cancellation from 15 days up tot he booked date of arrival: 80% of the total amount
- In case of no- show (no arrival), delayed arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the whole stay
Arrival: from 11.00 am.
Departure: until 9.00 am.
Pets: €10.00 per day without food.
Final cleaning: depending on apartment size €15.00 - €25.00.
Payment: in cash (up to max. €999.99), with debit card, Maestro card, Mastercard or Visa card.
