Cross-country skiing in the Puster Valley on groomed trails

If you like ice skating, then Puster Valley is a true paradise for you. In the village of Pfalzen ice skating is considered the "national sport". But also cross-country skiing and tobogganing are popular in the Dolomites.

The Pustertal is also famous for cross-country skiing, as the variety of trails with often multi-track choices is popular far beyond South Tyrol. Especially the Antholz Valley attracts cross-country skiers and biathlon athletes from all over the world with its modern Südtirol Arena. In addition, the Gsieser Tal and the Würzjoch offer the best conditions for cross-country skiers.

For ice skating you have a large selection of different ice rinks in Pfalzen and the surrounding area. The ice rink in Reischach and the ice stadium in Bruneck attract young and old. Tranquil natural ice rinks surrounded by romantic landscapes can be found in St. Lorenzen, Gais and in the nearby Sportpark Pfalzen, where you will also find an exciting tire and sleigh run. In our vacation region there are of course other slopes for tobogganing and sledding.
